Thanks for your interest in our services. We are a TICO-registered, full-service property management company. We are authorized as Travel professionals to manage your vacation home from pre-booking to check-out.
What does a property manager do?
We handle everything! We take on the stress of the day to day, so you don’t have to! We manage the full cycle rental process including but not limited to:
- Photos of cottage
- All marketing and advertising of the unit
- Website listing with online booking
- Tracking availability of unit and booking of guests
- Provide owner app to view bookings
- Management of all inquiries prior to guests arrival
- Facilitation of cleaning of unit
- Management of all financials and disbursement of funds
- Handling issues/questions that arise during a guests stay
- Facilitation of maintenance
- Inspection of unit and golf cart upon guests departure
